Advice We support parents in parenting issues and to help resolve parental and familiy conflicts. Parents you can obtain advice and support from us, Coordination and support We organise, coordinat and monitor the necessary help for children, young people an their families. • • • if you are having difficulties with your child and are looking for new ideas around parenting your child, if you need support in the provision for and care of your child, if you need mediation to deal with conflicts around parental custody and access issues. The costs for the services offered by the Kinder- und Jugenddienst are covered by the Kanton Basel-Stadt.
