As the [MindPhair] was such a great success last year it was our desire to keep it
alive and continue to offer a platform for
the mathematics and physics students as
well as the PhD students at ETH where
they can take a look at the opportunities
that are presented on the job market.
From our own experience we know that
especially for you, as a mathematics or
physics student, it is not always clear what
comes after the Bachelor, Master or PhD.
Hence it is our goal to offer a wide range
of job descriptions specifically for students
from a scientific background. With fields
such as finance, consulting, R&D and much
more we hope to have accomplished that.
Other than knowing what options you
have it is also a great help to know the
people you might be working with. The
best job is only half as good if you do not
like your work environment. For this purpose the [MindPhair] is the optimal place
to get to know your possible future employer and the spirit within the companies.
Whether it is an internship or a full time job,
the [MindPhair] has proven to be a good
first contact for both. We already have several former students of ETH that started a
job or an internship after they established
contact with a company at the [MindPhair].
