About the Agricultural Hall of Fame
The National Agricultural Hall of Fame
was chartered by the 86th Congress
and signed by President Eisenhower in
1960 to serve as “The National Museum
of Agriculture and as a Memorial to
Farming Leaders.”

International Lineman’s Rodeo, Oct 18
Enjoy a Tractor Show, Garden Tractor Pull, your favorite big vehicles

vehicles, semi-trucks, helicopters, rescue, tow and more. Ag Fest
which includes Milking Demonstrations, Farming Demonstrations,
Petting Zoo, Simulated Combine, Soil Tunnel Trailer, Blacksmith, Living
History, kid’s hands-on activities galore and more!
Show N’ Shine Truck & Car Show, July 26
Muscle cars, classic trucks and more! View a variety of cars and
trucks from antique roadsters to modern Trans Ams. Admission
includes the show plus museum exhibits, living history, miniature train
rides and more.
This FREE event brings over 7,500 visitors to the Ag Hall of Fame as
Linemen from all over the world compete in a variety of tasks.
Sponsors are limited to banners only on Ag Hall grounds along the
path to the competition.
Boooo Barn at the Farm, Oct 25
This haunted event has become a tradition for many families. The
2,500+ who participate enjoy trick-or-treating through FarmTown,
exploring the kid-friendly haunted barn, farming related hands-on
activities, spooky train rides and more!
Educational Programs
Thousands of school children of all ages come out on field trips and
learn about where their food comes from and the importance of
agriculture in this country throughout history and today. Your

Exhibit & Educational Programs
The Ag Hall of Fame reaches audiences of all ages,
learning levels and life experiences with a wide variety of
educational services which include ag related workshops,
exhibits, educational events and partnerships with groups
and schools. Educational programs include agribusiness,
history, food and fiber production, and science
technology.
In addition to preserving agriculture’s heritage, the Ag
Hall of Fame educates and reaches out to share the
importance of today’s agricultural systems. Planned
future exhibits and programs will emphasize current
technologies and the advancements that are shaping
the industry’s future.
The Ag Hall of Fame is always looking for partners to
enhance existing exhibits and programs or to create new
experiences for our visitors.
Tractor Cruise, May 3
Farmer’s Walk of Fame
The Farmer’s Walk of Fame is a place to
honor/recognize loved ones and show your
appreciation for agriculture at the same time. As
this program is still in the early stages there are
many opportunities for interested individuals or
businesses to participate. There is a need for every
level of support from purchasing a 4x8 brick for $125
to sponsoring a whole square of the garden. Brick
by brick The National Agricultural Hall of Fame is
building a pathway of knowledge and
appreciation for the American Farmer through the
Farmer’s Walk of Fame.

Tractor enthusiasts will gather to drive a scenic 35 mile
loop around Wyandotte County and raise funds for the
Ag Hall of Fame. The Cruise starts at the Ag Hall of Fame,
and ends with a bar-b-que dinner in the Smith Event Barn
(at the Ag Hall of Fame). This scenic drive will be one to
remember. Parade routes will be available to spectators.
