INR 100 or 2.5% (whichever is higher) transaction processing fee

Charges applicable only for successful transactions, any rejections

Additional charges for heavy and bulky items

Heavy item more than 5Kg or bulky item more than 25 litres – surcharge of INR
400 per item.
For any item exceeding 20Kg in weight or 100 litres in volume, surcharge of INR
400 + INR 20 per kg more than 20Kg or per 5 litres more than 100 litres.
