Limited Tender Inquiry
The Director, Medical & Health Services, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa
on behalf of President of India, invites sealed tender for the Condemnation/Disposal
of below mentioned old vehicles as in where in condition basis. The bid as to reach on or before
29/01/2015 upto 15.00 hours by Post/Courier or deposit into the tender box kept in the office of
the undersigned.

The blank tender form along with terms and condition can be obtained from the office of
the Director, Medical & Health Services, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa from 12/01/2015 to
28/01/2015 on payment of Tender Fees (Non – Refundable).
The Vehicles can be inspected at their respective places as shown above
during all working days.
The complete form for the vehicle along with EMD in form of Fix Deposit
Receipt/Account Payee Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque or Bank Guarantee from any of the
Commercial Banks in an acceptable form payable at Silvassa in favour of the undersigned and
it should be attached with the Sealed Tender. The EMD and tender fees should not be forward
by Cash. The Sealed Tender should be properly covered in respect of each item subscribing the
name of items on envelope. The Tenders will be opened on the same day in presence of the
tenderers, if possible. The offers received without obtaining tender documents or without EMD
and tender fees shall not be entertained.
The Limited Tender Inquiry can be downloaded from the website www.dnh.nic.in and
www.vbch.dnh.nic.in. The Tender Fee is to be enclosed with the tender document; tender
document without Tender Fee will be rejected.
Right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason is reserved.

v Terms and Conditions :
1. The tender should reach to the Officer inviting tender on or before 29/01/2015 upto
15.00 hrs and will be opened on the same day if possible.
2. The Tender shall be submitted in Single Bid System and the Sealed Tender should be
sent by Post/Courier or to be deposited in the tender box kept in the office of the
undersigned and the cover should super scribing the words “CONDEMNATION/
DISPOSABLE OF VEHICLES FOR DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL & HEALTH
SERVICES, SILVASSA”. The tender will be issued from 12/01/2015 to 28/01/2015
and the last date of submission of bid will be 29/01/2015 upto 15.00 hours.
3. The Tenderer should enclose along with tender an amount of `.500/- as Tender
Fees in form of DD/A/c payee Cheque of any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank of
India payable in Silvassa and `.6,600/- as Earnest Money Deposit in form of
Fix Deposit Receipt/Account Payee Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque or Bank
Guarantee from any of the Commercial Banks in an acceptable form payable
at Silvassa in favour of Director, Medical and Health Services, Silvassa.
The EMD should not be forward by Cash. Tender received without Earnest
Money Deposit will be summarily rejected.
4. The rate mentioned in the tender shall remain open for acceptance for the period
of 90 days from the date of opening of tender. If any tenderer withdraw his tender
before the said period or make any modifications in the terms and conditions of the
tender which are not acceptable to the department then the Government should
without prejudice to any other right of remedy be at liberty to forfeit the EMD.
5. Rate should be quoted only in prescribed schedule attached with this tender form.
6. The highest bidder will be awarded the order.
7. If the tenderer whose tender is accepted he has to make full payment within
stipulated time, failing to do so the Earnest Money Deposit of such tenderer will
be forfeited to the Government.
8. The bidder has to quote rates of each vehicles separately as specified
at Annexure-I.

9. The bidder has to make his own arrangements for necessary clearance with the RTO,
however, necessary certificate for sale of vehicle will be issued by the undersigned.
10. No extra charges for transportation cost etc. will be paid on the rates quoted.
11. The bidder has to attach his/her atleast one ID proof issued by Government
department with full address.
12. Right to accept or reject any or all tender is kept reserved with the competent
authority assigning any reason thereof.
