Camp Fatima & Camp Bernadette are partnering with FACTS Management Company to process tuition and incidental fee payments. FACTS is honored to serve a majority of private and faith-based schools throughout New England and the country. They possess a national reputation of being a high-integrity service provider for schools and camps; they provide a transparent and secure payment processing platform; and they provide an easy-to-use portal for over 1.5 million families nationwide. Services include: o o o o 24/7 support, via phone and online. Mobile tools where you can easily check balances, view payment schedules, and make secure payments from your phone or tablet. The ability to store multiple payment methods in their secure portal. Bi-lingual services (English and Spanish). We’re asking all families to make tuition and incidental fee payments through FACTS, with the following payment options available: 1. Paying Tuition in Full A. Make a secure full tuition payment online through FACTS B. Mail your payment to FACTS Whichever option you choose, please make your payment by January 10, 2015. 2. Paying Tuition Monthly Once you receive an initial letter from FACTS, you may enroll in a payment plan online by January 10. Your payment plan will begin in January. Payment schedules may be arranged in one of the following ways: A. Automatic payments are processed from your checking or savings account (ACH) on the 15th or the last date of each month. B. Automatic payments are processed from your credit card on the 5th or 20th of each month. Please note there is a 2.75% processing fee associated with credit card payments.
