Immaculate Heart Academy 2015/2016 - Tuition Payment Plans The cost of tuition for the 2015/2016 school year is $ 14,150.00 consisting of two full payment options or a 12 month payment plan option beginning April 1, 2015 and ending March 1, 2016. Please choose one of the 3 payment plan options and follow the instructions for specific payments. We do not need to know your payment method in advance. 1. Single Payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) of $14,150.00 plus a 1 ½ % bank fee of $212.25 totaling $14,362.25 before June 1, 2015. For a partial tuition payment please add a 4% bank fee to your payment. Transactions are processed at IHA’s Main Office. You must be present for the transaction and a signature is required for our records. PRE-PAID DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. 2. Single Payment by Personal Check, Bank Check or Money Order and receive a discount of $200.00 if paid before June 1, 2015. Please make check payable to IHA in the amount of $13,950.00 Discount will be applied upon receipt of your payment. 3.
