Public Hearing to consider adopting NYS RPTL-458b, an act to allow the primary residence of a Veteran of the United
States Armed Forces who served during the Cold War to be partially exempt from village property taxes.

Approval of payment to Richard G. Handler, Village Attorney, for professional services in connection

1.a.2. Matters concerning the contract between the V/o Amityville and the Amityville PBA 6/18/14
through 11/30/14 in the amount of $3,655
1.a.3. Nautical Park (Greenways Project) with the T/o Babylon and Suffolk County for the period

Permission to purchase from and pay to Adept Technology Consulting, Inc. twenty (20) block hours of

Retain services of Louise Schrader as Budget Director for the period 12/23/14 through 5/31/2015 at a
rate of $40/hr., not to exceed 10 hours per week
