The Officers of the Lodge will demonstrate the Ceremony of Advancement 5. To receive a report from the BeMBA representative 6. To receive the Treasurer’s Report including the statement of accounts 7. To receive the Almoner’s Report 8. To Close the Lodge The charity box will be circulated during the Closing Hymn All Officers are particularly requested to attend the rehearsals of the ceremony on Friday 9th January 2015 at 7pm PTO Please note that the Dining Arrangements are made by W Bro Brian Southgate. All those on the Permanent Dining List who are unable to dine will be charged for a meal if not cancelled by the Wednesday before the Meeting.
