Für zertifizierte AHA-Anwender Referenten: Associate Professor Lena KrumlindeSundholm, Reg OT, PhD. Lena ist Senior-Forscherin am Karolinska Institut in Stockholm und Ergotherapeutin mit vielen Jahren Berufserfahrung. Sie entwickelte unter anderem das AHA und ist an der Weiterentwicklung der verschiedenen Versionen des AHAs beteiligt. Dr Susan Greaves, Reg OT, PhD. Sue arbeitet als Senior-Ergotherapeutin am Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. Sie hat viele Jahre pädiatrische Erfahrung und befasst sich überwiegend mit Kindern mit Cerebralparese. Ihre PhD-Studien beinhalteten die Entwicklung des Mini-AHAs. Kursgebühr: 460,- Euro; beinhaltet: 2 Tage Unterricht und individuelle Betreuung per E-Mail über die sechs Zertifizierungskinder, Kursunterlagen sowie Mittagessen, Tagungsgetränke und Pausensnacks Overview of course Aims and objectives A new version of the Assisting Hand Assessment (AHA) has been developed for young children with unilateral cerebral palsy (CP) aged 8-18 months called the MiniAssisting Hand Assessment (Mini-AHA). Like the AHA, the Mini-AHA involves a video-recorded play session using carefully selected toys that provoke bimanual hand use. Twenty object related actions of the affected hand are then scored on a 4 point rating scale. On completion of the course participants will be able to: The course teaches the reliable use of the Mini-Assisting Hand version 1.1 in two steps: The first step involves a two day workshop where participants will learn about the constructs underlying the MiniAHA, test procedures including the new play session and test items, and will practice test scoring. A Mini-AHA manual with detailed scoring criteria and a computer based scoring form will be provided. Following the course, the participants will be able to create their own test kit according to instructions given during the course. Feedback on the selected toys will be provided during the certification procedure. Additionally participants will be required to achieve satisfactory scoring of six test cases; four of which are provided by videos, and two from self-produced Mini-AHA play sessions.
