Prerequisite: It is recommended that you have PEDS or ASQ training.
Learn how the ASQ:SE screening tool can be used to complement
developmental screening measures to identify social & emotional concerns
• Identify the warning signs of young children at risk for social and emotional difficulties
• Help parents understand the social and emotional development of their child
• Engage parents in screening their young children for social and emotional competence
This training is ideal for: MAT Assessors, Therapists, Home Visitors, Teachers, Child and Family Specialists.

Instructor Cynthia Landes, MPH, MA, is an educational therapist at Kaiser Permanente and
special education advocate with extensive experience administering and training others
in the use of the ASQ and PEDS measures.
