IEEE PEDS Special Track Symposium on Wide Bandgap Power Devices and Technologies 9 – 11 June 2015, Sydney, Australia CALL FOR PAPERS The IEEE PEDS Special Track Symposium on Wide Bandgap Power Devices and Technologies will be held in conjunction with the IEEE Power Electronics and Drive Systems (PEDS) Conference 2015 in Sydney, Australia on 9 - 11 June 2015. The Symposium will open up an opportunity for academics and industrial professionals worldwide to exchange their knowledge of the state-of-the-art wide bandgap power semiconductor device technologies and applications. Paper presented in the Symposium will be included in the IEEE PEDS 2015 conference proceedings and submitted for the office of IEEEXplore Digital Library and EI Compendex database.
