MEET THE TEAM
After tarting his career in local clubs such
as Fairfield bulls, Julio branched out & plied
his trade in Chile, with clubs such as
Cobresal, Curico & Barnechea, and in
Spain, under the guidance of Guillermo
Hoyos, at the famed Redh academy.
JULIO RUBIO
After a cumulative 7 years of professional
Football in Spain,Chile & Greece, a
change in his career took him on a
different path which leads Julio to
establishing the PHASE Football
Academy, & in 2014, the completion of
his FIFA player agent Licence (now titled
FIFA intermediary).
ACADEMY DIRECTOR
With over 14 years of involvement in
professional football at the highest levels ,
including 8 seasons in “LA LIGA” with
teams like Deportivo de la Coruña,
Zaragoza and Sporting Gijon in Spain
and International stints in Cyprus and
Greece in the latter stages of his playing
career, Pablo Amo brings previously
unseen levels of coaching professionalism
in Australia, to PHASE football academy.

LICENCE UEFA PRO ‘A’
After 18 years combining training grassroots and semi-pro in Spain, Rafa was part
of the select group of coaches representing
Real Madrid CF, at the Guangzhou
Evergrande academy, during seasons
12/13 and 13/14.
From a young age, his passion was clear, to
teach football to children.
Having trained form 14 years of age, his
arrival in Australia in 2014, will constitute
17 years of consecutive seasons as a coach.
Rewarding his extensive experience in Spain
through all categories of grassroots to semipro, Real Madrid CF saw fit to include Jesús, to
join a select group of coaches to represent the
club in China, at the Guangzhou Evergrande
football academy, the world’s largest football
academy, adding scouting responsibilities to
his already impressive acumen.
JESÚS SÁNCHEZ
LICENCE UEFA PRO ‘A’
With several players trained by him, currently
in the Spanish ‘LA LIGA’ and in the EPL, Jesús
is characterized by an empathy towards his
players and the ability to make dynamic and
workouts, where the players can learn whilst
having fun.
Drawing upon his experiences from
appearances in semi final football in the
champions league with Deportivo, and
with an absolute passion for the game,
Pablo amo is able to guide aspiring players
in both mental & technical aspects of
football
Reliability, organization and discipline,
coupled with his years of experience with
players of all ages, make him a young
trainer very prepared and very knowledgeable about football, with his expertise in
methodology and training organization.

MEET THE TEAM
Domenic Cutri has played in the NSW premier
league and NSW state league for 8 years.
Was selected to go to England with Bolton
wanderers youth academy, where he gained
experience in football.
As an attacking player, Domenic brings an
offensive perspective to PHASE where he has
coached for 2 years
Finding a passion for improving a players
game, No matter what age.
