CPC/AYU/03/02/05 2014. 05. 01 Dear Sir / Madam Rescheduling of the dates of Ayur Ex Kandy 2014 International Ayurveda Educational Exhibition and Trade Fair Kandy, Central Province, Sri Lanka. I regret to inform you that the Ayurex 2014 Exhibition originally scheduled to be held from 22-24 May 2014 has been postponed to be held on 3rd week of July 2014 due to an unavoidable circumstance. I have the honor to inform Your Sir / Madam that the above exhibition had been scheduled to be ceremonially opened by His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka on the date originally mentioned in my invitation. However, it has been conveyed that His Excellency the President will not be available in the country during the aforementioned period and hence, the organizing committee has been compelled to reschedule the exhibition to be held from Third week of the July 2014 enabling the same to be ceremonially opened by His Excellency the President. Accordingly, I would be most grateful if you could note this change of dates and make this information available to any party interested in participating in this event. The organizing committee will also directly contact the parties who have already confirmed their participation.
