Walk Trails
The 2.5km Heritage Walk through town. (Brochure
available)
The River Walk Trail along the Blackwood River.
The Kondil Park Wildflower Walk meanders
through jarrah forest. You can walk to this from the
end of Brockman Street, over the renovated railway
bridge and off to the left. (Brochure available.)
The Karri Gully Walk Trail is situated about
19kms on the left of Brockman Hwy on the way to
Bridgetown. The walk is 20-30 mins long.
Sidings Trail from Cambray to Barrabup Pool. This
walk has an overnight cabin half way.
The old Timberline Trail is a 22km walk and cycle
trail following a disused railway line between
Nannup and Cambray Siding.
Blackwood River Canoeing
Paddle upstream to a little rapid or downstream to a
sandy shore in the depth of the forest. A tranquil, fun
time to be had on the river.

Wood and Iron Craft.
The Nannup Furniture Gallery designs and crafts Jarrah and
Marri furniture and woodcrafts. Visit their workshop and
showroom at Lot 259 Sexton Way in the light industrial area.
Right next door is the Deep Forest Iron Studio, with
proprietor Brian Puckey crafting a wide range of wrought
iron products. Heavy, durable and detailed, these pieces are
made to pass from generation to generation.
The Jarrah and Blackboy Studio can be found 4.5kms from
town on Vasse Highway on route to Pemberton.
Munda Biddi Trail
Experience the Munda Biddi Trail through Nannup on the off
-road cycle trail. Travel through Cambray, the heart of
Nannup then down the East Nannup Road, taking in the
fauna, flora, forest and all of it’s wildlife.

Nannup Arboretum
Located in Brockman Street next to the Nannup Caravan
Park. The trees were planted in 1926, with the purpose of
studying the growth and health of a variety of tree species in
the Nannup environment.
Nannup Putt Putt
Located on Brockman Street opposite the Arboretum. Open
Wed-Sun, 10am-4pm, all public holidays and school holidays.
Tulip Farm
Located on Dean Road, Especially Tulips is open Thursday to
Monday 10 - 4pm all year. Open every day during the month
of August, (the tulip season). Combine the spectacular vision of massed flowers with the backdrop of hills
and the garden village of Nannup. Tulips in winter, roses in summer, flowers all year. Caravan turnaround
with plenty of parking. Coaches are welcome.
Barrabup Pool and Workers Pool
Located about 10kms west of Nannup, take the Mowen Road then turn right on Barrabup Pool Road. The
natural pools are lovely for swimming in the warmer months and there is a gazebo for picnics and
barbeques. A perfect place to revel in the peaceful tranquility or to stroll one of the bush walks of this area.
Camping is available at Workers Pool and above Barrabup Pool on the ridge. Toilets on-site.
Red Gully
Located approximately 20kms southwest of Nannup on the Brockman Highway, Red Gully is a beautiful
picnic, swimming and walk trail area. Camping sites available.
The Mythic Mazes
Located on the Vasse Hwy towards Busselton.Take the challenge of the hedge mazes, games and
quests. Open Thurs-Mon 10am-4pm. Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Phone Ian

Arts and Crafts
A variety of beautiful gift shops are situated in Nannup including A Taste Of Nannup, Word Of Mouth and
The Craggy Pear. Spend time browsing through the shops in Nannup’s main street.
The Old Police Station
Built in 1922, it now houses the Nannup Caravan Park Office. The original cell block can be viewed by
contacting the Caravan Park Manager on 9756 1211.
The Nannup Historical Society
Located at the Old Road Boards building (a local historical monument in itself) is a very comprehensive
pictorial history of Nannup from early settlement to today. Open by appointment (0409 376 372) and on
special event weekends.
Scenic Drives
The 40km ‘Blackwood Scenic Drive’ follows the Blackwood River to Balingup, with several beautiful places
to stop by the river for picnics. ‘Tathra, the Farmhouse Kitchen’ is along the way, as well as a special
wildflower drive and walk. A short 3km drive out to Dean Road will showcase the native animals of this
area including kangaroos and emus. You may even spot an African elephant or two! Routes from Nannup
to Bridgetown, Manjimup and Pemberton are also magnificent drives.

Holberry House, Moss Brook, Nannup Lavender Farm, Merri Bee Organics,
Especially Tulips and Cambray Cheese.
Marinko Tomas Monument
Located on Warren Road near the Nannup Recreation Centre and playground, this monument was erected
in memory of Marinko ‘Tich’ Tomas, a Nannup local. He was the first conscript to die in action during the
Vietnam War on July 8th 1966. The sculpture is by Huynh Buu Trung and Nguyen Van Khoat.
