As you may be aware that National Film Archive of India is one of the media units of Ministry of
Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India. NFAI. You are requested to submit the noncomprehensive lowest quotation for Annual Maintenance Contract for the 7.5 KVA & 10 KVA
UPS System at NFAI, for the period 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 on or before 27.06.2014
Monthly visit of your engineer for preventive maintenance apart from the requested calls
is mandatory.
