I am a highly motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and a
strong sense of career direction. My dream is to build a career in marketing,
digital marketing, PR and design within an ambitious and growing company.

Customer Service – I have worked in a variety of customer facing roles, which have helped me
develop strong interpersonal and communication skills. I always strive to go the extra mile
ensuring I give the best possible service to customers and clients.
Teamwork – Throughout University I have worked in various groups to complete research projects
and present findings. I also managed my university radio team helping develop leadership skills.
Communication – I have confident written and verbal communication skills this shows in the
standard of my customer service and the high level of my copywriting.
Attention to Detail – I strive to complete all tasks to an excellent standard; this can be seen in the
quality of my previous work and the high grades I achieved throughout university.
Research/ Analysis– I have undertaken various research projects for my degree, gathering and
interpreting data and correlating findings in reports. I have also coordinated market research for
my university radio station to clarify the wants and needs of the students and publics.

I worked as a part-time bar member at a popular rock bar in Grimsby called The Matrix.
Duties/ Responsibilities:

Marketing & Events coordinator/ President
As part of my role as president of the Music and Radio Society (MARS), I chose to expand the
society’s position within the campus and develop the University’s first ever student radio station.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Develop the MARS.Radio brand for online and print media
• Generate marketing materials for recruiting members and events
• Undertake administration tasks (scheduling presenters, managing budgets)
• Conduct market research to clarify the wants and needs of the students
• Coordinate social media - create engaging content for Facebook and Twitter
• Manage the radio team members developing leadership skills

• Create unique PR Campaigns to raise awareness of the station
