The mega trend „Sharing Economy“ offers two challenges for the operational and strategic control of organizations: (1) Intangible resources (property rights, innovation, human capital, brands etc.) have to be measured, evaluated, managed and reported; (2) management control has to be developed to sustainability management control to assure the long-term performance of the firm. Within this challenging framework your cumulative habilitation will be placed. Furthermore, you will be integrated in teaching management control and accounting in bachelor and master programs at TU Dresden. What do we offer?
