Our e-Forms Engine has all the rules and reciprocities built in, so once our system is integrated with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions, we then validate which federal, state, and local W-4 forms need to be completed based on the employee data. This integrated solution guides the employee through the process of completing all the forms and signing off online.
