Consent to establish or take steps to establish was granted under Section 25 of the Water
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, as amended in 1988 (Central Act 6 of 1974)
(hereinafter referred to as ‘The Act’) to
The Assistant Director of Fisheries - Marine,
M/S. RECONSTRUCTION AND MODERNISATION OF FISHING
HARBOUR NAGAPATTINAM,
authorizing to establish or take steps to establish the industry in the site of
S.F. No. 27-287/1711,
Vadakkuppoigainallur village,
Nagapattinam Taluk,
Nagapattinam District.

This Consent to establish is valid upto 31.03.2015, or till the industry obtains consent
to operate Section 25 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, as
amended in 1988 whichever is earlier subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. The unit shall comply with all the conditions stipulated in the Consent to Establishment
issued vide Proc. No. T12/TNPCB/F.117/NGM/RL/W&A/2011 Dated: 01.03.2011.
2. The unit shall comply with CRZ obtained from MoEF, Govt. of India vide Lr. No. 1128/2010-IA.III Dated: 10.09.2010.
3. The unit shall complete the establishment within stipulated period of time.
