Value formatting in a QuintusVisual is now preserved when opening an analysis file or editing a QuintusVisual. Bugs solved: Formatting was not preserved on changing columns or reopening an analysis file. Using two decimals sometimes caused wrong display of data. Improved support for data types. Products Supported TIBCO Spotfire Server 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 TIBCO Spotfire Client 5.5, 6.0* and 6.5 TIBCO Spotfire WebPlayer 5.5, 6.0* and 6.5 TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services 5.5, 6.0* and 6.5 TIBCO Spotfire iPad app * Client/Web/Automation working from the following hotfix levels and higher: TS_5.5.1.61 HF-009 TS_6.0.1.51 HF-005 Known Issues General Renaming the Data Table used reconfigures the QuintusVisual Details Visualization Limit by marking with a QuintusVisuals visualization as child is only working through a workaround: Loading a data-on-demand table with limitation and selecting the on-demand data table inside the QuintusVisuals visualization. Note: An information link is required for setting up a data-on-demand table. Using a TimeSpan datatype on a QuintusVisual can cause the client to crash. Spider plot Setting a column with many values as Dimension on Spider plot will cause a long visualization build-up time. Cascade Sub-optimal Cascade trellis performance The Cascade trellis has a sub-optimal performance; we are working together with Spotfire to solve this as soon as possible. For files created with Quintus Visuals 1.4.2.9004 or earlier, formatting can be lost. Work-around: To re-enable the formatting switch from Cascade Column to Row and backwards on X Axis tab in Properties or change a column. For files created with Quintus Visuals 1.4.2.9004 or earlier, renaming a column that is also used in a custom expression of a Cascade plot could invalidate the cascade's configuration. Work-around: To be able to rename columns a new Cascade must be inserted and expressions have to be copied from the old to the new Cascade. Switching to another data table in the Cascade will not automatically configure based on the new data table. Work-around: The Cascade can be configured manually. For Cascade row-based at least one column in Manual row based setup is required.
