More on company website: http://www.lhsystems.com JOB OUTLINE As we are growing our business in Asia Pacific, Lufthansa Systems Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive, responsible and self dependent person with cultural awareness, based in Hong Kong (SAR). Your Responsibilities: Support the Liaison Office in daily business activities Operate daily office business, also in contact with external vendors Administrative Support of Vice President and Team Members Attend regular team meetings, record minutes and follow-up on action items Handle and execute research requests for the Region of Greater China Monitor and ensure reoccurring reporting and preparation of presentations Liaise with internal company divisions including Asia Pacific Regional and Corporate Headquarters Requirements: Cultural sensitivity and affinity for the Region of Greater China Overall understanding of LSY’s internal procedures Knowledge of Airline and/or IT business ideal but not essential Excellent command of English language (spoken and written) Excellent command of German language (written) favoured but not essential Cantonese or Mandarin language skills favoured but not essential High level of Microsoft Office competence Existing office management experience favoured but not essential proactive and self-dependent work attitude Remuneration: Between HKD6,000 to HKD8,000 per month Location & Working Period: Hong Kong, from MAR to AUG 2012 (6 months, full time) Application: Please send your application to: [email protected]
