Providing Peace of Mind M s. Beaumont began her career as a logistics specialist in the 1980s, working with a variety of national political campaigns. She then strengthened her accounting and finance skills as assistant comptroller for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and later as an investment advisor for Dean Witter Reynolds. In 1994, she joined a start-up manufacturing company as Director of Operations and member of the Board of Directors to facilitate a 47,000 sq. ft. production facility. In this capacity, she compiled the business plan, created and implemented corporate policies and procedures, oversaw the compliance program, negotiated contracts, directed vendors and oversaw day-to-day manufacturing operations. In 1997, Ms. Beaumont formed the DMB Consulting Group, which specializes in government affairs and event management. DMB serves clients such as Burson-Marsteller, Fox News Channel, USA Global, LLC, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, United Way, Volunteers of America, Children’s Scholarship Fund, National Republican Congressional Committee, Foundation Fighting Blindness, Alliance for Aging Research, Coalition for Imaging & Bioengineering Research, Lighthouse International, Sister to Sister Foundation, Association of Community Cancer Centers, Dirigo Political Action Committee and a myriad of other corporate and philanthropic organizations. From 2001–2009, Ms. Beaumont consulted with the White House as a Senior Advance Representative to the Office of the Vice President. She led international advance teams in Iraq, Pakistan, Kuwait, Egypt, Georgia and Calgary. Ms. Beaumont served as the Lead Media Representative at the Republican National Convention and the Vice-Presidential Debate, and on overseas assignments in Beijing, China, Davos, Switzerland and Amman, Jordan. Ms. Beaumont’s logistical expertise was utilized at the World Economic Forum, the White House Economic Conference, the Presidential Inaugural Committee, the Medal of Honor Inaugural Ball, A Salute to the Armed Forces, the 110th Congressional Swearing-in Ceremony, Israel’s 60th Anniversary Celebration, the Gulfport Mississippi Relief Effort, the Kennedy Center Honors, the DVT World Record Blast on the National Mall, the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, the Radio & Television Correspondents’ Dinner and the National Women’s Heart Day Health Fair.
