New Company Slated For Hampton
HAMPTON, IA –
An Iowa-based leader in industrial fasteners has announced plans to locate a distribution branch in the Hampton
Industrial Park. Stacey Lyman, Human Resources Manager of DMB Supply, Inc. confirms the company has
purchased the former Global Ag Inc. building and intends to begin operations in the spring.
“We have been looking at the Hampton community for awhile, waiting for the right opportunity to expand into the
area. The local support that we have received has been amazing.”
DMB Supply, Inc. plans to create 7 jobs initially and will begin accepting applications in March. Jobs will include
warehouse manager, branch manager, shipping and receiving clerks and VMI (vendor managed inventory) account
managers.
Applicants must have a valid Iowa driver’s license, be insurable and have some knowledge of
computers.
Franklin County Development Director Karen L. Mitchell says DMB Supply is a welcome addition to Hampton and
Franklin County. “Over the past couple of years we have gotten to know DMB Supply, Inc. as an astute company
providing excellent customer service and quality products for commercial and industrial uses. Their presence in
Franklin County builds the industrial niche we have going and we are very happy this was able to be worked out.
