The vendor should provide training to four
pilots identified by NRSC at vendor’s
facility. The price of training per pilot shall
be given in the commercial bid. The
payment for the pilot training shall be

combination set(s) with solid state Memory should be provided.
The number of sets to be provided in the aircraft and the
requirements of the CVR/FDR combination set shall be as per
DGCA CAR Section-2 (Airworthiness), Series-I, Part-V and CAR
Section-2 (Airworthiness), Series-I, Part-VI
Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS-II) with Traffic
Advisory (TA) and Resolution Advisory (RA) equivalent to TACS-II
7.1 of FAA.
Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS) including
wind shear warning. The EGPWS/TAWS supplied should comply
with the requirements specified as per DGCA CAR Series-I PatVII.
Automatic Dependent Surveillance System (ADS).
Either ADS-B or ADS-C is acceptable.
Radio Altimeter supporting upto max. ceiling of the modified
aircraft
The vendor should provide training to four pilots identified by
NRSC at vendor’s facility. The price of training per pilot shall be
given in the commercial bid. The vendors must quote the cost of
training for P1 and P2 separately in the price bid. For L1
computation, two P1 and two P2 trainings will be considered.

However, payment for the pilot training shall be made as per the
actual number of pilots identified by NRSC for training. Training
to DGCA officials if required shall also be the responsibility of
vendor. All the expenses for the travel and accommodation of
the DGCA officials during the training shall be borne by the
vendor. NRSC does not have Aircraft Maintenance
Engineers(AME). Maintenance support should be provided by
the vendor as stated under clause 5.8 of the RFP
Cabin area of Aircraft should be adequate to accommodate six
persons (excluding pilots), sensor equipment and the
modifications as described in Chapter-4(Aircraft Modifications).
The actual rack and chair configuration will depend on the
sensors being used for survey. The supplied aircraft
configuration should accommodate atleast 5 chairs with all the
racks installed. However, six chairs should be supplied with each
aircraft.
The optional items specified in the RFP shall not be considered
for L1 computation. NRSC may at its discretion either procure
these items or otherwise.
