TRANMERE TIMES NEWSLETTER
Friday 5th December, 2014
General School Information/Dates
It’s that time of year again!
The Christmas festivities are now in full swing.
Years 3 and 4 were first to perform with their production
of Babushka. The children all worked really hard and gave two fantastic
performances on Wednesday and Thursday. Next week Reception and
Key Stage One concerts will take place in school (see dates section
below). The Year 5 and 6 concert will take place at St. Oswald’s Church on
th
Wednesday 10 December at 6pm. All families are welcome to attend this
concert.
The PTA and parent volunteers have also been working really
hard in school this week preparing for the Christmas Fair. We
look forward to seeing you all at the fair tomorrow 12 – 2.30pm. Please see
PTA News below for more information on the Christmas Fair.
Reception children this year have helped to decorate our Christmas tree in the
school entrance. Each child has made a bauble and placed it on the tree. We
think it looks lovely, well done Reception children!
