Adult Learning: ENGLISH- Functional Skills English is an opportunity to learn English in a very friendly, fun environment and
work towards an English qualification.
MATHS – an opportunity to learn Maths in a very friendly, fun environment and work towards a Maths
qualification at the same time as learning how to support your child with their numeracy development;
Antenatal/Postnatal: Drop-in with local midwife, no appointment necessary.
Baby Massage: A 5 week course designed for babies from birth to crawling. To develop baby/parent relationships physically and
emotionally.
Baby PEEP: A 10 week course for parents and their children, aged 0-1 years old, to encourage interaction and assist in learning
together and building confidence through the fun of talking, listening, playing, singing and sharing books together.
Baby Sensory: £20 for a 6 week course. Helping to support learning and development from 3-12 months. Songs and rhymes,
light shows, baby signing and lot of fun.
Breast Feeding Clinic: Qualified and experienced midwives on site to support with infant feeding. No appointment necessary.
Child Health Clinic: An opportunity to access the Health Visitor Team for information, advice and guidance and baby weighing.
No appointment necessary.
Cook & Eat – Have fun as you learn to cook healthy tasty meals for the whole family. For parents with children aged 1+. Crèche
available. Please telephone to book a place.
Dads’ Stay & Play: A group for dads to have fun and quality time with their children in a safe and stimulating environment.
First Friends: For expectant mums and first time parents with babies aged 0-6 months. Learning to be a new parent or developing
confidence as a parent.
Hearing Impaired Stay & Play: For children and their carers with hearing impairments to come along and play. This is held on
the first Thursday of each month.
H.E.N.R.Y: Do you have a fussy eater? Would you like your child to eat a more varied diet? If yes then Henry is the course for
you , its an 8 week course covering Health, Exercise and Nutrition for the Really Young (under 5s) – Crèche available – please
telephone to book a place.
Incredible Years: A 12 week course to guide parents through effective steps to improve behaviour and relationships within the
family.
Language Group & Speech & Language: This group is aimed to support pre-school aged children and their parents through a
range of opportunities for play and communication. Key strategies will be shared, discussed and then put into practice. Language

Speech & Language is a drop-in session and no appointment is necessary.
Outdoor PEEP: A 10 week course for parents and their children, approaching 2 years old, to encourage interaction and assist in
learning together and building confidence in an outdoor environment supporting in the transition of pre-school.
Stay & Play: An opportunity to stay and play with your child enjoying age relevant activities such as playing together, sharing,
story sack time, messy play, art, music, singing and outdoor play.
Young Parents Antenatal: Specifically designed for young mums and dads offering advice and support in pregnancy and on
becoming a new parent. .
