Lessons are a flat fee per month (lesson rate X 16 divided by 4 = $ 88 , $ 125, or $ 167 per month. 2. Payment is accepted by cash, check, PayPal, www.mkt.com/larry-keiffer , credit card, or your bank’s online payment system. 3. Payments are due at the first lesson and no later than the 10th of each month. 4. Make ups or credits for missed lessons must be arranged 24 hours before the missed lesson, or the morning of the lesson in the case of illness. Please remember that ‘NO SHOWS’ are not credited or made up.
