Happy New Year !
I am aware that you have a meeting on 16 January in the Council meeting room to discuss the SCC
accounts. In this regard I would like to let you know that the President of the Council (Ian Richards) can
officially request for your release from your duties for the time you may need, if this is of any help to any of
you.
Also, the General Assembly of the Council has been tentatively reserved for Thursday 30 January normally according to the Council statues we should present the audited reports at this meeting.
However, I totally understand that this is a lot to ask, but it would be fantastic if there was any chance that
at least an initial preliminary report could be presented.
If we can be of any help in any way please just ask and thanks once again for taking on this task for us....
it is greatly appreciated.
