Fly Tipping We have had recent incidents of Fly Tipping in the bin stores. If you need to dispose of any bulky waste or furniture you can arrange for it to be collected by the council. Please call the council on 01908 252570 and inform the concierge as all items to be collected need to be placed in the concierge bin store. Leaks If you discover a leak coming into your apartment through the ceiling it may be due to an issue with the plumbing of the apartment above. Unless you are on the top floor! It is the responsibility of the landlord / letting agency of the apartment above to remedy this problem and to pay for any damages caused to your apartment. GVA only look after the communal areas of the building, anything past your apartment door is private property and the responsibility of the apartment owner, however we are always here for advice or for information on local contractors who can carry out works. Packages BBQ’s BBQ’s are strictly prohibited anywhere on site due to fire safety regulations.
