New Panel of Independent External Monitors (IEMs); Implementation of Integrity
Pact (IP) in BHEL
For all tenders/ contracts issued by BHEL, the threshold limit for Integrity Pact (IP) is
Rs. 10 Crores. To oversee implementation of IP in BHEL, three new Independent
External Monitors (IEMs) have been appointed by BHEL. The new panel of IEMs
comprises of:
