Overview
ILP is an integrated leadership development programme for promising public
officers to pursue service excellence. The Programme focuses on service
innovation and effective engagement to enhance participants’ leadership
capabilities in appreciating diversity, unleashing creative thinking, fostering
innovation and developing resilience in the organizations.
Aim and Benefits
The programme aims to provide a rewarding learning experience for
participants to:
• sharpen their leadership, communication and negotiation capabilities for
fostering innovation and developing resilience;
• develop broader perspectives on service innovation and implementation;
and
• network with fellow colleagues from different government departments
and/or those from the non-government sector for cross-fertilization.
Module Leaders and Speakers
Module leaders include CSTDI trainers and recognized experts in the relevant
fields. Guest speakers will also be invited to share their insights on
management with participants.
Target Participants
Participants should be experienced officers at MPS 38 - 44 or equivalent with
good potentials for further advancement, and should have at least five years of
active service before normal retirement. Participants are expected to share their
experience actively with others, bring in new perspectives, and work on team
projects.
