
Vet eligibility of students for re-taking the OET.
Mid-term check with your students re participation in required course(s)
End-of-term check with student re successful completion of required course(s).
The Spring/Summer Situation
Note that CaMLA’s policy for retaking the OET states that a student must take a course to be eligible for a
retest. The ELI does not offer GSI context courses in the spring or summer, so currently there are no options
for students who are trying to become eligible to retake the OET in August.
