This benefit automatically allows premiums for health,
dental & vision insurance to be deducted on a pre-tax
basis. The premiums are exempt from both Federal
and FICA taxes.
This benefit plan allows employees to pay for health
care expenses and/or dependent care expenses with
pre-tax dollars.
Term life insurance equal to one times annual salary
(Up to a maximum of $ 50,000).
