INPEXにおける技術開発の役割 Role of Technology Development in INPEX 矢澤仁徳 Nintoku Yazawa 国際石油開発帝石株式会社技術本部技術研究所所長 General manager, Technical Division, Technical Research Center, INPEX CORPORATION 当社では、2012年に中長期ビジョンを発表し、上流専業企業としてトップクラスを目指すために3つの成長目標を掲げている。その達成のために、既存プロジェクトの価値向上と新たな埋蔵量確保、プロジェクト開拓に必要な技術力の醸成が喫緊の課題と位置付け、重要な技術課題を絞り込み、その技術力を獲得するための行動計画を取りまとめた「技術ロードマップ2013」を実行している。同計画では、新技術の活用に加えて、先端技術の導入、当社の独自技術となり得る要素技術の技術開発を進めている。また、技術基盤の整備を目的として、技術専門家の育成、実験研究基盤、技術標準の整備、ナレッジマネジメントシステムの導入等も進めている。本日は、その一例として、生産性向上技術に対する取り組みを紹介する。同分野においては、最適な CO2EOR技術を現場に適用するために、総合的な技術力の獲得を目指しているが、その中でも、先端的な圧入流体の開発、CO2圧入にともなうアスファルテン析出リスク評価に関しては、基礎研究を通じて弊社独自の要素技術の確立を目指しており、当社が特定の要素技術において強みを持つことが、欧米メジャーに対抗できる技術力となると考えている。 INPEX CORPORATION published “INPEX Mid and Long Term Vision” in 2012 and set “Three Growth Targets”, aiming to become a top class international oil and gas E&P company. For sustainable growth to achieve our targets, “Technology” is a clear driver and enabler. Therefore five technologies which are considered to be critical for us to enhance value of our projects and promote acquisition of new assets were selected. Now, we are implementing “Technology Roadmap 2013” as our action plan to acquire those technologies through our technology development by three key schemes of basic research, new technical capability and first applier of new technology. In addition to our technology development, we are also promoting to improve our technology infrastructure including enhancement of technical experts and laboratory facilities, and introduction of knowledge management system etc. Today, we present our approach of development of CO2EOR technology, which is aiming to acquire integrated technologies to enable us to deploy it in the oil field. In this action, we are especially focusing on the basic research in development of new injectant and asphaltene deposition risk analysis, to establish our own unique technology and we believe that such specific technical strength shall make us more competitive as an international oil and gas E&P company.
