the closing of 37 deals covering over 515,000 square feet over 90 days: 25 industrial leases, 10
office leases, and two industrial sales.

Jeff Crane represented Lynch Land Co. in the industrial sale of Lynch Industrial
Park, a four-building, 139,550 square foot commercial park located in Kent, WA.
Andover agent Brian Dennehy represented the buyer, MRM Everett, LLC, in the
transaction.

Shane Crook and Arne Svendsen represented Julie Dickens, Trustees of the Joyce
Entus Living Trust, in the industrial sale of the Entus Property, comprising 51,300
square feet of land located at 2651 Harbor Avenue SW, Seattle, WA, to Harbor Avenue
Arts, LLC.

