adoption of various methods of teaching such as simulation, power point presentation,
lecture method, knowledge provoking interactive sessions, brainstorming, recitation for
technical and theory subjects has been made use of so as to help the learner to improve
his learning abilities.

Strengths:
 The programme has a vast scope in terms of career opportunities.
 Promotion of personality development of students through curricular, extra-curricular

 Emphasis on development of communication skills of students.
 Development of research aptitude among students through projects and classroom

 Personal attention and Remedial coaching for weak students.
Weaknesses:
 Students with average or below average competencies are not able to cope up with
their studies.
 Students have less exposure to practical life due to the theoretical orientation of the
syllabus.
 Students are not interactive during the sessions.

 Focusing on the student teacher relations by approaching and understanding problems
of students.
 Helping students to develop analytical, logical skill, etc.

enhancement.
