Monarch Academy Public Charter School 2015-2016 Application Applications will be accepted from Nov 3, 2014 - Feb 20, 2015 Please complete one application form for each child that you wish to enroll for the 2015-2016 school year. Kindergarten is open for applications and will be subjected to a lottery should we receive more applications than we have spaces. Our 1st - 8th grades will be filled as need arises. This lottery will be conducted on Wednesday February 11th at 7pm our school. Parents will receive letters of acceptance beginning February 27, 2015. Kindergarten Parents: A child must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2015 in order to enroll in kindergarten.
