class for a message, he/she is missing out
on instructional time which also interrupts
the learning of other students.
Student Pick Up
Parents/Guardians picking up children prior
to dismissal time are asked to please check
with the main office. Once your child is
called we kindly ask you to proceed to the
main lobby outside of the office to wait for
your child to arrive. This also applies to
when you are dropping off items for your
child. Our office is a very busy place during
the school day and because space is limited, it can become overcrowded. Also, we
need to do our best to ensure confidentiality.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
This same policy applies to parents/
guardians wishing to speak with any of our
staff during instructional time. Our staff are
busy with children in their care during instructional time and they are the number
one priority. Thus, staff will not be permitted
to take a telephone call during this time. If
you wish to speak with any member of our
staff, you are asked to please leave a message with the secretary and she will ensure
that the message is delivered to the
teacher. This policy applies to all parents/
guardians and the expectation is that it is
adhered to by all. Thank you for your cooperation!
