PRO3 Firmware
G2.3.2 rel-1 Public Beta (23 April 2014)
This release has been issued as a beta release. It can be used by the public under the understanding
that it is a beta release and not fully release final software
New Features
• Not applicable – bug fix only.
Fixed Issues
• Marmaserver builds with incorrect PRODUCT - Corrected issue with Mixtender connecting
Pro 3, 6 & 9
• Flash image won’t boot
Known Issues
• It is possible that on some occasions, some DL451 units may fail to start-up correctly
• If clearing CBMA during an upgrade on Pro 1 and Pro 2 the console will launch with a DL251
automatically configured on ports 1, 2 & 3
• If an Aux Send or Mtx forms part of a VCA and that VCA is expanded, a partially-drawn Pan control
will appear on those Aux / Mtx channels
• Transient accent not updated with presets
• Names given to DL15x units on the patching page will not be displayed on the unit LCD
• DL15x units require an ID between 1 and 4 during the upgrade process (1 to 18 available during
normal usage)
• Starting the remote (iPad) server on the console can cause audio to freeze for up to 30 seconds.
The audio will always recover.
• Depending on the number of configuration of paths in a VCA or POP, one (but not both) of the
surface < or > scroll buttons can sometimes fail to operate
• DL431 – snake data set to both A & B outputs (irrespective of setting mode)
Update Procedure
• This upgrade may be performed using the system updater as usual
• N.B Do not attempt to update DL15x directly from a console running G2.2 or earlier

Fixed Issues
• DSP audio ring errors AME, Link errors and Deskew issue on Pro 3 without redundant DSP
• DL451 app dies resulting in loss of control – appears as generic AES50
• Voltage logs too excessive – can cause slowdown of GUI
• DL451 crashes if ID is changed consecutively several times
Known Issues
• When updating the XL8 it is recommended that you disconnect the Y router on the initial update
cycle. Update the Y router separately on a second upgrade pass after power cycling the system
• It is recommended that users backup all shows and preset files prior to upgrading their console
• Intermittent diagnostics issue where by some DSPs on the stand-by network can display a false
negative red display
