Terms and Conditions
Offer commences December 20, 2014 and ceases on March 31, 2015.
Offer is only available to new clients who place a $1,000 initial deposit and
sign their presented tender within 7 days from the presentation date (“the
Offer Acceptance Period”). If the Tender is not entered into within the Offer
Acceptance Period the offer is withdrawn in its entirety and will expire. If an offer
is not accepted there is no credit or rebate given. This offer is only available with
Evolution Series designs and specification. This offer does not apply to homes
purchased with Sapphire or Diamond level lnclusions. This offer is available with
the Smart Build promotion.
This promotion is based on standard traditional floor plans (excluding any
optional rumpus room or alfresco area etc.). Changes to the Traditional floor plan
in the form of room additions or increases to room sizes will incur an additional
cost. Any items that are in addition to the basic promotional inclusions, as a result
of variations and/or design changes, will be charged accordingly. Clarendon
Homes advises that any inclusion items are subject to change without notice.
Any changed inclusion item will be of an equivalent finish, quality and standard
to the original inclusion item. Clarendon Homes reserves the right to withdraw
this offer at any time.
1. Fully Ducted Air Conditioning
The free Ducted Air Conditioning unit is a two-zoned system (Night/Day) and
only one zone may be operated at one time. Any costs associated with further
upgrades to the size or type of the unit made at the Clarendon Colour Studio
appointment will be additional to the free promotional offer.
Note: Certain council areas impose conditions in relation to the location of, and
noise emitted by, an air conditioning unit. If your new home is in a council area
that imposes such conditions you may not be eligible for this offer or we may
be required to charge you an additional amount to cover the cost of altering
the standard specification/model and position of your air conditioning unit, such
charges may be significant. In some instances we may be unable to advise you in
advance of your eligibility for this offer or the additional charges payable and may
be required to withdraw the offer after you have accepted it. If we are required to
charge you an additional amount but you are not prepared to pay this additional
amount, then you will be entitled to withdraw your acceptance of this offer. In
these circumstances, you agree that we shall not be liable to pay you any other
form of compensation.
2. Kitchen Benchtop Upgrade
20mm edge Quantum Quartz stone benchtops in lieu of laminate in one colour
with choice from the following colours: Polar, New Diamond White, Coral Reef,
Royal Base, Domino.

9. Marantec Auto Garage Door Unit
1 unit with cradle mounted control in garage & 2 remote controls. Includes power
point to garage required for connection.
10. Premium Ceiling Insulation
R3.5 Ceiling insulation in lieu of R2.5 batts
Tender Extension
An additional three months to the standard 201 day tender period for unregistered
or undeveloped land. Only available to eligible customers. Not redeemable for
any other upgrade(s).
