Regional Development Program (RDP) is a major document of programming at
the regional level.

It represents an agreement between municipalities and other regional actors, as
well as with national government on regional development in the current
programming period.

It determines the key development directions, priorities and programs in the
field of economic, social, physical and environmental development the
municipalities want to implement in the future, as well as tools and resources for
their implementation.

• Partnership between employers, RRA LUR (scholarship
giver), and the state
• Aim: encourage businesses to plan human resources

• 50% of each scholarship financed from the European Social
Fund; in some cases additional 25% covered by a
municipality
