This work shall be undertaken free of charge to you. GTC operate as a Gas Transporter and in doing so must comply with the requirements of the Gas Safety (Management) Regulations. As owner and operator of the gas supply to your premises, we are undertaking some work that will result in the need to exchange the regulator (pressure control equipment) to the meter installation and will warrant the turning off of the gas supply for a short period. We will need access to your property to turn off the appliances, and on completion of the work we will restore the gas supply to your property and relight your appliances. We will also require access to your gas meter box so can you please ensure that any overgrown bushes or vegetation are pruned or removed. It is intended to undertake this essential Maintenance later in the year; it will be completed by ourselves and we will contact you nearer the time with exact dates when we require access.
