In the refercnce l" cited read with references 2no and 3'o cited, Celleral Transfer Policy and
Guidelines were issued for Employees working in Engineering, Accounts, O&M and P&G Services
for the year 2013-2014.

Afret careful consideration, Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited hereby
issues the following amendments regarding implementation of General Transfer Policy and
Guidelines for the year 2013-201,4 to the Employees who arc retiring in the year 2014 and
considering ofrequest and mutual transfeN to the Employees who are working in O&M Service and
Accounts Service (Up to JAO Cadre) in General Transfer Policy & Guidelines for the year
2013-2014.
AMENDMENT-I
The date "15.05.2014" wherever occured in Amexures I, II & III of
T.O.O.(Addl.Secy-Per) Ms.No.35, dated 03.05.2013 shall be read as "30.06.2014"
AMENDMENT.II
The Para 3 of Annexure-Il of T.O.O.(Addl.Secy-Per) Ms.No.35, dated 03.05.2013 shall be
read as
follows:
"Request transfers shall be considered provideci the incumbent completes two years of stay
in the present station as on 30.06.2013 and mutual tralsfe$ shall b€ considered provided the
incumbents completes one year of stay in the prcsent station as on 30.06.2013"
AMENDMENT-III
The following clause shall be added as para 17 to AnnexureJl of T.O.O.(Addl.Secy-Per)
Ms.No.35, dated 03.05.20 I 3:
"Employees due for retirement on or before 30.06.2014 shall not be transfered"

The other terms and conditions mentioned in T.O.O.I" cited and its Annexures I.
& 3rd cited shall rcmain unaltered.
