CIRCULAR
M/s Keerti Medical Stores located at DAE Colony, NFC started issuing medicines to CHSS
beneficiaries covered under CHS Scheme of NFC w.e.f. 14.06.2014. ln this connection CHSS
beneficiaries may please note the following guidelines while collecting the medicines from the
pharmacy.
1) The pharmacy will be operated from 7.00 AM to 10.00 PM (including Sundays till
06.07.2014) for supply of medicines.
2)
Two couniers are being operated for issue of medicines at the pharmacy.
a) One counter will issue due medicines.
b) Another counter will issue medicines on regular prescriptions issued by doctors.
3)
NFC pharmacists sitting at the pharmacy shall randomly check the medicines to ensure
that issue of correct medicines.
4)
Pending stabilization of the pharmacy, CHSS beneficiaries can buy the due medicines
from any registered medical stores and submit the bills for reimbursement. Discount
being offered by the pharmacy will not be recovered from such bills. This arrangement
will be valid upto 06.07.20'14
All CHSS beneficiaries covered under the medical scheme of NFC are requested to co-operate
in this regard and maintain proper decorum for collection of medicines and for smooth
functioning of the pharmacy / CHS Scheme of NFC.
