Following the Budget Committee decision under reference OCB(2014)0043 900.14/185,
limited authority has been granted to contract for ISAF requirements in 2015. In addition,
authorization has been granted to extend current arrangements on a sole source basis.
Therefore, the competition for IFTS capability is deferred and will be advertised later on
in accordance with the additional guidance to be provided by the Nations.

Notice is hereby given that the NATO CI Agency cancels an Invitation for
International Bidding (IFB) in relation to the continuation of Communications
Services, in theatre O&M, Training and related services to be supplied for
the ISAF Force Tracking System (IFTS).

The reference for the request for quotation was IFB NCIA-NCHQ-14-14.
