HOSPITALIZED: Yuri Ivonine has been hospitalized since Monday, May 5th at Henry Ford Hospital,
Maple Rd., Bloomfield, MI., and was transferred on Friday, May 9th to Henry Ford Rehabilitation Center,
Wyndott, MI. Please pray for his improved health!
REMEMBERED AT LITURGY: Today during the Divine Liturgy, Fr. Timothy prayed for the
repose souls of: Alexander Telep & Julian Woytowich offered by the Telep & Woytowich families.
COMING SOON: COCC SPRING CELEBRATION DINNER DANCE: This year the dinner/dance
will again be held here at St. Michael’s Cutural Center NEXT Sunday, May 18, 2014. (Next week)
Last year many people from St. Michael’s attended. Everyone had a great time and we hope you will come
again to support the COCC. The price of the tickets is a $40.00 donation, which includes dinner &
Refreshments. These proceeds support retired Priests and their Matushka. Children 12 & under are free.
There will be a delicious menu, dancing, an auction, raffle, and Kids Entertainment. Our President John
Vasilco is treasurer for the COCC. Please mark this date on your calendar and support John and the COCC.
BLESSING OF GRAVES: Fr. Timothy is available if you want any of the graves of your loved ones
blessed before Holy Ascension Day, Thursday, June 13, 2013. Graves may be blessed at any time, but
if you want them blessed before Holy Ascension day - We may all sing CHRIST IS RISEN!
OCW (Orthodox Christian Women of Michigan) presents Christians Abroad (Egypt, Syria and the Middle East) on
Monday May 19th, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.; presented by Fr. Maximus of St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church and Fr. Nabile
Fino of St. Mary Antiochan Church-Berkley. The presentation will be held at Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church,
36075 W. Seven Mile Rd., Livonia. Contributions to the OCW food pantry and/or Children’s Hospital will be greatly
appreciated

entrance ‘Cultural Center’ doors (under the awning). You may smoke on the porch outside the east entrance to the
