NOBCCHE 41ST ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Dear Colleague:
As President of NOBCChE it is my pleasure to invite you to join us as a sponsor
or exhibitor in New Orleans September 23-26, 2014.
The Career Fair presents an excellent opportunity for colleges and universities to
recruit undergraduate and graduate students and for employers to identify,
interview and hire tomorrow’s stars.
The conference draws more than 1,000 participants from the science, technology, engineering and math fields. In addition to its traditional attendee base a
growing number of Latinos are coming to the conference to network, learn and
access opportunities.
The following pages provide details on the sponsor/exhibitor opportunities
available in connection with the conference. The Career Fair and Trade Show will
be held on Wednesday, September 24.
All of the conference activities will be held in the beautiful Marriott on Canal
Street in New Orleans.
Please take a few moments to review the prospectus and then visit
http://www.nobcche.org/events/national-conference/exhibitor-opportunities
to sign up. I look forward to seeing you in Indianapolis.
Sincerely,
Judson Haynes, PhD

The mission of the National Organization for the Professional
Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers
(NOBCChE) is to build an eminent cadre of people of color in
science, technology, and engineering. The NOBCChE annual
conference advances this mission through a four-day educational
and technical event dedicated to:
Inspiring and supporting promising African-American, Latino,
and other minority students in pursuit of careers in science,
technology, engineering and math (STEM);
Supporting African American and other minority scientists
throughout their careers with technical updates; professional
development; and more.
The conference presents an excellent opportunity for academic
institutions; government agencies; and companies to showcase their
organizations through:
A one-day Career Fair and Trade Show on Wednesday, September 24,
2014. At this event, exhibitors will interact with, and recruit, from a
cadre of high caliber scientists and students.
We have added a trade show component that allows companies who
sell to the industry to reach top buyers and decision-makers from
government agencies, universities and Fortune 500 companies.
An array of sponsorship opportunities.
The following pages provide details on all of these opportunities.
