This year Victorinox Cup is held as a Craft Competition with the legendary events that were already seen in the Highlifesaving Competition in 2012 - - - Board Race- - - - - Ski Race- - - - - Oceanman / Oceanwoman- - - - - Board Relay (Board-Board-Board)- - - - - Ski Relay (Ski-Ski-Ski)- - - - - Oceanman Relay- - - - - Double-Board Rescue- - - Organiser SLRG Sektion Innerschwyz Date May 31st 2014 Location Hopfräben; Gersauerstrasse 83, 6440 Brunnen, Switzerland Participants national and international SLS teams General Regulations Team Regulations Event Regulations Due to special events not all races are held according to the international ILS Competition Manual. Additional rules apply in the relay events of the competition. The organiser reserves the right to apply advertisement of sponsors on the crafts of the participants. Each Team consists of a maximum of 5 men and 5 women In each single event there are at the most 4 participants per team allowed. Each team may start in each of the team events Arrival possible from Friday May 30th 2014 Competition Friday May 30th 2014, Papa Joe’s long distance Surf Ski race, 8pm Saturday May 31st 2014 Victorinox Cup, all day. The detailed timetable will be published online approx. 10d before the competition. Ranking Single ranking: each event separately Team ranking: each event separately Overall ranking: all events (single and team) together Victory ceremony directly after the competition (competition area) Application deadline May 11th 2014 (Email-entry) The participating clubs announce their delegations compulsory till May 11th 2014 at Florian Frischherz ([email protected]). The completed application form is required. Applications will be confirmed by an email. Late Registration Possible till May 25th 2014. at an additional charge of 17€ per participant. Adjustments Adjustments of athletes are possible and free of charge till May 25th 2014. Entry fee The entry fee per participant is 20 €. Please find the details at the entry form. To save bank charges the fees need to be payed cash upon arrival in the competition area in Brunnen by the team manager. Absence Registration Confirmation Catering Starting conditions If you fail to appear at the competition, the fees will be brought to account. Approx. 10d before the competition registration confirmations and additional information will be provided by email. Self-catering will be required during the competition day. The dinner on Saturday 31st 2014 will provided by the organiser. Bring your own tent and craft (board and ski) - the application form needs to be complete - all fees must be payed before the competition - The regulations of the competition bust be acknowledged - each team must wear uniform caps Attendance Due to organisational reasons attendance is limited to 150 competitors (male and female). Liability The organiser and host do not assume liability for any accident, damage or loss of material during the competition. Safety The craft and material used during the competition must be featured in a way that no risk of damage or injury exists for other people. Accommodation Accommodation is provided on a nearby campground (2min by foot) The camping costs 12 EUR per night per person.
