McGILL MED Ski & Snowboard Trip ITINERARY January 30 – February 01, 2015 Jan. 30 16h00 16h15 20h00 21h00 Buses will arrive at McGill University – McIntyre Bldg. Departure from McGill Brief stop at the IGA in Ste. Anne de Beaupré Arrival at Chalets Montmorency Condos. Check into your condos. Complete your Condo Pre-Inspection Form and return it to your guide. Social time begins ! Jan. 31 08h30 Ski lifts open. Shuttle bus operates to the mountain (08h45-11h00) every 30 min. Ski and snowboard !!  Persons requiring equip. rentals to go to Sports Alpins, located next to the cafeteria. Equipment has been pre-set in your respective name, with the McGill MED I group by SKI EVOLUTION. 10h00 Beginner lessons (meet in front of Sports Alpins at the wooden stage) 15h00 Shuttles back to the condos at 3:00, 3:30 and 4:00 PM 16h00 Night skiing available until 21h00 18h30 Private Shuttle to go night skiing (every 30 min.). Return shuttle from Mont Ste. Anne for those who night skied (every 30 min.) 21h00 Night skiing ends. 21h00 Social time begins ! Feb. 01 08h30 Ski lifts open. Shuttle bus operates to the mountain (08h45 -11h00). Ski and snowboard !!!  Baggage into storage. Condos must be left clean. Dishes clean, garbage outside. You must check out of your condo before 10:30 a.m. 14h45 Return rental equipment to Sports Alpins. Remember to bring street shoes to cafeteria in the AM !! 15h00 Meet the deluxe coach buses at Mont Ste. Anne (parking lot) 15h15 Return to Chalets Montmorency Condos to retrieve bags – load onto bus. 15h30 Departure for Montreal.  19h00 Approximate arrival time at McGill.
